How we streamlined order processing using Dynamics CRM
For a client using QuickBooks for order
processing, plus separate applications for shipping, we transitioned order processing
to Dynamics CRM, linked directly to the shipper's web service, and created an automatic
QuickBooks connector to populate QuickBooks with new accounts and invoices.
As the client wanted to use QuickBooks
for credit control we made the connector two way, synchronising QuickBooks receipts
to CRM.
