Legrand CRM Key Features

Legrand CRM Editions 

Legrand Pro is suitable for 1-15 users and up to 15,000 contacts. It uses a file-share database so no server is required - all that's needed is a Windows workgroup.

Legrand Corporate uses Microsoft SQL Server and is suitable for 5-50+ users and very large numbers of contacts.

Job Sheets We created a Legrand report which which prompts the user to select a QuickBooks job then prints the job details plus Legrand CRM data.

User Day Sheets We designed Crystal Reports that show Legrand calendar appointments plus tasks for daily distribution to non-Legrand users

EMail List Cleanup We wrote an Outlook add-in which scanned undeliverable emails returned from Legrand bulk mailings and removed email addresses from Legrand CRM.
