An Engineering graduate, Alan spent over 20 years in operations and project management within UK manufacturers including Perkins Engines and Caradon Gent, and management
consulting with Ingersoll Engineers. As IT director for Willett Group Alan led a
series of complex international ERP and infrastructure projects. Alan's specialisms
include team building, quality management, and business process improvement.

Bill Blackmore, partner
Bill started his career as a management consultant with Arthur Andersen & Co
(now Accenture). Before returning to consultancy Bill managed two successful IT
companies, and is familiar with the practical IT issues facing business owners.
Bill’s expertise includes: strategic IT planning, system selection, and integration.
He holds a degree in Engineering.
