Use the built-in CTI features of Legrand CRM Professional and Corporate Editions to save your team time.
With a link to your incoming telephone line or your company’s phone system you can take advantage of this.
Automatically view the incoming caller’s account
When you receive an incoming call which matches a phone number within Legrand CRM, Legrand will show you who is calling and prompt you to view the caller’s account. Click ‘OK’ and Legrand immediately displays the account.
Your customers will appreciate the difference - no need to spend time searching for the right account, you can greet the customer personally, and you have all the details in front of you to handle the call professionally.
Automatically dial outgoing calls
Simply click the link beside the phone number you want to dial in Legrand, and Legrand will instantly make the call for you – no need to touch your telephone handset.

CTI compatibility is included as a standard feature in the Legrand Professional and Corporate Editions.
If you use a regular BT line
CTI will work with a regular BT line. You will need to subscribe to BT’s Caller Line Identification (CLI). This service sends the caller’s phone number with the call.
You will also need a TAPI-compatible modem to connect the line to your PC.
If you have a phone system
CTI should work with any TAPI-compliant phone system. TAPI is a standard telephone/software application interface. Most contemporary phone systems provide a TAPI interface.
Since there will be several users sharing the phone system the phone system will need a connection to your network. The software and any hardware required for this will be provided by the phone system manufacturer.
You will need to subscribe to Caller Line Identification (CLI). This service sends the caller’s phone number with the call.
